Join birders and nature enthusiasts from across Ontario for the 2026 Ontario Field Ornithologists Convention to experience world-renowned fall migration at Point Pelee National Park and the exceptional birding destinations in Essex County.

NOTE: Registration Deadline is September 20, 2026, or earlier when the respective venue reaches capacity. Early registration definitely is encouraged.

Big Sit: Kate Derbyshire and Jeremy Hatt will lead a Big Sit for the convention, LGBTQ+ event at the Delauier Homestead Trail parking lot from 8AM – 12PM on Saturday October 3. People can drop in at any time. This is also a public event (those not signed up to the Convention can also join). The focus will be on migrating hawks and songbirds and will be a joint event w/the Windsor Feminist Bird Club (of which Kate is the President).
